Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes clients need to cancel an appointment (even after you confirm your attendance via SMS message). However, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible and provide a minimum 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. This means we can offer your appointment time to another client who is needing our service. We simply ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment and to arrive on time.
It is easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can either;

A fee applies to any appointment that is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice. The fees are as follows:

100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged when clients miss an appointment with no prior communicationCancelled Appointments
More Than 24 Hours Notice
There is no fee for clients who give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduled appointment.Less Than 24 Hours Notice or Same Day Cancellation
If your appointment can be rescheduled on the SAME DAY (schedule permitting), no fee will be charged. For all clients who give less than 24 hours notice that you will not be able to make an appointment, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
